Like I said, could be the torrent is dragging down your connection. If you don’t have a particularly good connection, torrents will cock up page loading and you have to close them to do internet stuff.

I cosplay both, and if you have a Kaworu cosplay, all you need is a blue shirt and no wig (if you have short brown hair or a simple wig) to become Shinji. They wear the same white shirt, black pants and shoes. They just have different color undershirts. (orange for kaworu, blue or that stripe-y thing for Shinji.)
So, it is really cheap to do both—it just depends on your willing to be whichever on a particular day.
Kaworu’s wig is more expensive in most places. However, short dark wigs may be cheaper, but they are sort of hard to find. If you only want to be one, you should choose solely on which one you would enjoy cosplaying WITH ME AS YOUR OTHER HALF
